FAQs

  • I am not accepting insurance at this time. All sessions are self-pay, and I offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible. If you’d like, you can request reimbursement directly from your insurance provider (often called “out-of-network benefits”), and I can provide the documentation you’ll need for that process. HSA cards are also accepted for payment.

  • Rates can be tailored to your needs and will be reviewed during the consult call. Sliding scale options are available. Standard rates are:

    45 Minute Session: $80 - $120
    60+Minute Session: $90 - $130+
    Initial Session: $100 - $140
    15-minute Consult: $0

**The initial session is a little higher in cost because it’s more in-depth than a typical session. This is where we take the time to get to know each other, talk through your history and what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin mapping out goals together. It’s an investment in setting a strong foundation for our work moving forward.

  • Most sessions last about 45-50 minutes. There’s also flexibility if you’d like to extend a session and have more time to process, just let me know and we can adjust the fee based on the length of the session.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • If you cancel and reschedule within the same week, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and do not reschedule within the same week, you will be responsible for 100% of the session fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

I understand that emergencies do occur, and I am open to discussing individual situations. However, due to the high demand for appointment times, it’s important for me to maintain this policy to ensure that others who need services can access them.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and create consistency. Over time, we may decide to meet less often depending on your goals and progress. The frequency is flexible and always based on what feels most supportive for you.

  • Yes, I currently offer secure online sessions so you can meet from the comfort of your home. This allows flexibility with scheduling and removes the need for travel.

  • That’s completely okay! Many of my clients are new to therapy when they start. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time. We’ll take it step by step together.

  • I have a background in working with children, teens, and families, and I truly value that experience. At this point in my career, I’ve found that working with adults is where I fit in the most, especially with the life experiences I bring into the therapy space. If you’re seeking services for a child or teen, I’d be glad to connect you with trusted providers who specialize in that area.
